This week we will be working on the greens to increase speed and surface trueness.
After a fertiliser application and a small disease attack the greens are around 1 foot slower in pace then the target speed and a little uneven.
We will be verti-cutting in 2 directions on Tuesday, this is to re-fine the coarse grasses and thin out where the turf is too dense and thick.
A light dressing of sand will be applied on Thursday to help fill in and level out any imperfection.
You will find a big improvement by the weekend. 😀
